How inquiries work in fstop

Leads land automatically

When someone fills out your website form, their inquiry lands right in fstop automatically. You'll get a ping in the app and an email so you never miss a lead. You can see everything at a glance — the client's name, event type, date, and venue.

Quick actions and automations

Click into any inquiry to read their full message and details. From there you've got quick actions like sending an initial inquiry response or a booking call invite. These can even be automated so new leads get a response the moment they come in. Once you send, their status updates to Contacted automatically.

Respond with templates

When you're ready to reply, hit Send Email and grab a template. Smart variables handle the heavy lifting — your client's name, date, and venue drop right in. Tweak it if you want, hit send, done.

Keep your pipeline organized

Use the status filter to keep your pipeline organized. Move leads through Follow Up, Booked, or if it doesn't work out, Did Not Close.

Add leads manually

If someone slides into your DMs or calls you directly, no problem. Hit the plus button, add their info, and they're in your pipeline just like everyone else.

Every lead, one place, totally organized, ready to book.
