Connect your website to fstop in minutes

Embed your branded inquiry form or connect your existing form via webhook. Either way, new leads land in your fstop pipeline instantly.

Two Ways to Connect

Choose what works for you

Every platform guide below covers both methods. Pick the one that fits your setup.

Recommended

Embed your fstop form

Design a beautiful form in fstop's form builder that matches your brand. Copy the code snippet. Paste it on your website. Submissions go straight to your pipeline.

Works on any platform that supports HTML embeds.

Alternative

Connect via webhook

Keep your existing contact form and point it at your unique fstop webhook URL. Your form stays exactly the same — submissions just get forwarded to fstop.

Requires your platform to support webhooks or automations.

Squarespace

Embed Webhook via Zapier

Recommended Embed fstop form

  1. In fstop, go to Inquiries → Connect Form → Form Builder
  2. Design your form — colors, fonts, fields, button style
  3. Click Copy Code to get the HTML snippet
  4. In Squarespace, edit the page where you want the form
  5. Add a Code Block (not a Form Block)
  6. Paste the fstop code into the Code Block
  7. Save and publish — your form is live
The form is fully self-contained. It won't conflict with your Squarespace theme or styles.

Alternative Webhook via Zapier

  1. Keep your existing Squarespace form as-is
  2. Create a Zapier account (free tier works)
  3. Set trigger: Squarespace → New Form Submission
  4. Set action: Webhooks by Zapier → POST
  5. Paste your fstop webhook URL from Inquiries → Connect Form → Webhook URL
  6. Map fields: name, email, phone, message, event type
  7. Test and turn on — submissions now create fstop inquiries
Zapier's free tier includes 100 tasks/month. Most photographers won't exceed that.

Wix

Embed Wix Automations Webhook

Recommended Embed fstop form

  1. In fstop, design your form and click Copy Code
  2. In the Wix Editor, go to the page where you want the form
  3. Click Add (+) → Embed Code → Custom Element or HTML iframe
  4. Paste your fstop form code
  5. Resize the element to fit your page layout
  6. Publish — your branded form is live on Wix

Alternative Wix Automations webhook

  1. Keep your existing Wix form
  2. Go to Wix Dashboard → Automations
  3. Create new automation: trigger = Form submitted
  4. Add action: Send via webhook
  5. Paste your fstop webhook URL
  6. Activate the automation
Wix Automations has a 1.25-second webhook timeout, but fstop's edge function processes well within that limit.

ShowIt

Embed

Recommended Embed fstop form

  1. In fstop, design your form and click Copy Code
  2. In ShowIt, open the page where you want the form
  3. Add an Embed Code widget to your canvas
  4. Paste the fstop form code into the embed widget
  5. Position and resize on your page
  6. Publish — submissions go straight to fstop
ShowIt doesn't have native webhook support, so embedding the fstop form is the best option. The form is responsive and will adapt to whatever size you set.

Webhook — not available

ShowIt doesn't support outgoing webhooks from its built-in forms. The embed method is your best bet — and honestly, the fstop form will look better and give you more control than ShowIt's default form anyway.

WordPress

Embed Contact Form 7 Webhook

Recommended Embed fstop form

  1. In fstop, design your form and click Copy Code
  2. In WordPress, edit the page where you want the form
  3. Add a Custom HTML block (in Gutenberg) or switch to the Text/HTML tab (Classic Editor)
  4. Paste the fstop form code
  5. Save and preview — your form is live
Works with any WordPress theme. The form's styles are scoped under .fstop-form so they won't conflict with your theme's CSS.

Alternative Contact Form 7 + webhook

  1. Install Contact Form 7 (free plugin)
  2. Install Contact Form to Any API (free plugin)
  3. In CF7, create or edit your contact form
  4. Go to the API Integration tab on the form
  5. Set method to POST and paste your fstop webhook URL
  6. Map your form fields to the webhook payload
  7. Save — submissions now create fstop inquiries and still send the CF7 email
Both plugins are free. The webhook sends alongside the normal CF7 email, so you get both.

Any Platform

Don't see yours? It probably works.

If your website builder supports HTML embed codes, you can embed a fstop form. That covers most platforms — Webflow, Pixieset, Zenfolio, Format, Smugmug, Weebly, and more.

If your platform supports outgoing webhooks or integrates with Zapier, you can keep your existing form and pipe submissions to fstop.
